19 Years ago, today, we all lost one of the best friends we will ever have.... and nearly all of us never even met him.
I recall very clearly crying my eyes out as the nightly news played clips of him and his Muppets together as "Saying Goodbye" from MUPPETS TAKE MANHATTAN played over them. I was 7 years old.
I will always love the Muppets, they taught many a child Love, Laughter, Tolerance and Kindness.... thank you, Mr. Henson.... we still miss you.
